Dr. Briggs Smotherman is a licensed, NBCE certified chiropractic physician. A Valdosta native, he attended local Valdosta High School where he lettered in Baseball all four years. As an athlete, he developed an appreciation for the chiropractic profession on both a performance and wellness level. Dr. Smotherman furthered his education and baseball career at Valdosta State University, where he received a Bachelor’s degree in Biology. He went on to complete his chiropractic education at the esteemed Palmer College of Chiropractic in Port Orange Florida, where he graduated in September 2016. Dr. Smotherman attributes Dr. Guy for not only sparking his interest in chiropractic, but also furthering his desire to return home to Valdosta. He and his wife, Mary Beth, are thrilled to be back home with family, serving a community that has been so influential in shaping the people they are today.
